Taste of Milano 2015

From 3 to 7 June 2015 at the Superstudio in Via Tortona 27, Milan, with a special edition dedicated to Expo 2015 "Taste of Milan" will bring together the best restaurants in the Milan area and for the first time in Italy and the world, with 40 restaurants protagonists.

Milan will be represented by 25 restaurants, to give the public the largest and most important Taste or "taste" of the restoration of the city and Lombardy. Simultaneously, another 10 restaurants from all over Italy will be present at Taste of Milan, with the aim of telling the immense gastronomic richness of our country. "Last but not least" as part of the international circuit of Taste Festivals, Taste of Milan will involve up to 5 chef and international restaurants, to let visitors experience the culinary culture of other countries.

Electrolux Taste Theatre, in the kitchen with the chef, will be even closer to the public, involving them actively in the show cooking. Each session will insights treated by some of the most important Chef, belonging to the panorama of Italian and international cuisine, as well as experts, journalists and bloggers.

Electrolux Chefs' Secrets, the cooking school, a real cooking school in which to hone their skills treasuring tips and secrets revealed by the chefs. You can follow up to 25 courses, lasting 30 minutes, with 24 workstations equipped with the latest appliances.

The Lab. For those who want to learn and is eager to look behind the scenes we will be back with The Lab, a veritable laboratory that evokes the back room of the artisans, forge confectionery delights and savory, are born where the alchemy of taste . The best pastry chefs, bakers, pizza chefs and cake designers are ready to reveal their tricks for a perfect dough through mini practical lessons of 30 minutes, for classes of 12 people in class.
