From 20 June to 12 July 2015 four appointments with the culture in many Venetian Villas to celebrate the historical, landscape and wine of the region. The sixteenth edition of Sorsi Author opens Saturday, June 20, 2015 with a meeting with Giuseppe Cruciani and David Porec - Villa of the Cedars - Valdobbiadene (TV) - at 21. The meetings with cultural figures will take place in the evening, accompanied by two tastings, graciously offered by two historic Venetian consortia: Consorzio del Vino Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene protection and Valpolicella wines. On stage, the guests together, the moderator will also this year the journalist Luca Telese. You can also enjoy in the late afternoon and by reservation only, the afternoon wine tasting, where sitting comfortably in one of the rooms of the Villas protagonists, and led by a sommelier AIS Veneto, you can taste the best selections of the participating cellars plus a tasting cheese with cheese Consortium Asiago DOP and sausages with Salumificio De Stefani. Afterwards you can take advantage of guided tours service, always by appointment, born to engage and bring the public closer to the world of Ville, to see first hand the history, art, nature and the work of men. Finally, two off moments with walk & wine: walks copyright amid vineyards in the Valpolicella and Valdobbiadene to know the terroir, history and traditions of these two great wine schools - as a guide of exception- Gianluca Macchi, President of CERVIM ( center for Research, Study, Safeguarding, Coordination and Valorisation of Mountain Viticulture).
