The salon dedicated to excellence in taste and food lifestyle is scheduled to take place in Florence at the Fortezza da Basso from February 3rd to 5th, 2024. Taste is Italy's showcase of eating well and living well, where the best international operators in haute cuisine gather, along with the ever-expanding and passionate audience of foodies.

At each edition of Taste, the city of Florence comes alive with a series of gourmet initiatives and events related to Taste products. FuoriDiTaste also returns, featuring a calendar of themed tastings, special events, and new ways to interpret food. A program that brings together the companies participating in the event and some of the most beautiful locations and venues in the city, and which, edition after edition, records great interest and growing participation among gourmet enthusiasts.
