PiacerediVino organizes events at BlackLine CafeÌ of Bientina, in collaboration with the Delegation Historical FISAR of Pontedera, the association Route of the Pisan Hills Wine tasting and brewing group "PuroMalto" of Pisa, the second edition of PiacerediVino scheduled Sunday, February 22 2015 from 11:00 to 21:00. The event was created with the aim of expanding the knowledge of local products through tasting experience that has as its starting point the meeting with the producer. After the great success of 2014, confirming the appointment PiacerediVino renews one of the emerging food and wine fairs in the Tuscan landscape, a reference point for small and large producers and meeting place for many fans and experts in search of gastronomic and wine excellences € piùi representative of the local area. The last edition gathered for tasting over 100 prestigious labels dedicated to the world of wine and niche products such as saffron, truffles, extra virgin olive oil, organic cheeses, Cinta Senese salami and mushrooms. Bakery and confectionery, chocolate, caffeÌ €, honey and jams have completed a unique sensory tour, accompanied by a show cooking classes taught by Cristina Pistolesi. The 2015 edition doubles the offer with a rich set of novitaÌ €.
