Golosaria among the Castles of Monferrato returns on May 17–18, 2025 — an event that, now in its nineteenth edition, celebrates the magic of a unique land where culture, landscape, and food and wine come together in an unforgettable experience.
The theme chosen for 2025 is "The Colors of Monferrato", a tribute to the endless shades that define the identity of these hills: the green of the vineyards, the ochre of ancient villages, the ruby red of the wines, the warm tones of local cuisine, and the hues of art and stories that inhabit the castles, gardens, and wine cellars.
A weekend devoted to taste, beauty, and discovery, with a rich program of events spread across the castles and towns of Monferrato: tastings, local markets, meetings with producers, guided tours, exhibitions, and performances.
