There are no better words to describe the emotional, cultural, and gustatory journey awaiting visitors in the city of Alba, spanning the end of April and the beginning of May, thanks to Vinum, Italy's largest open-air wine cellar, celebrating its 46th edition. The best of the wine heritage will take center stage - from Thursday, April 25th to Sunday, April 28th, Wednesday, May 1st, and from Saturday, May 4th to Sunday, May 5th - with over 700 labels available for tasting, guided and curated by the Italian Sommelier Association, through an overview of about 400 producers, whose wines will be paired with Street Food ëd Langa. A combination of tradition and passion that will enhance the recipes of the tradition offered by the villages of Alba, under the umbrella of the Giostra delle Cento Torri.
In the sparkle of glasses and the festive atmosphere pervading the air, the event comes to life on the hills of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. Here, wine connoisseurs, refined gourmets, and those who wish to immerse themselves in the art and culture of southern Piedmont meet. Among the sinuous curves of the vineyards, where art and culture intertwine harmoniously, one can enjoy the timeless beauty that led UNESCO to recognize these lands as a World Heritage Site in 2014.
