From 6 to 9 October 2016 in Trento "La Piazza dei Sapori" will enogastonomici selected products you can taste and buy in the beautiful setting of Piazza Fiera, with views of the mountains and historic buildings. Goat cheese from the Val Camonica to the juicy olives from Puglia, from scented aromatic herbs to the original Ligurian pesto, from honeys from Trentino amber to rich Tuscan salami, from the Sardinian myrtle to Ariccia pork, and many other products: a tasty stroll through the Italian Regions . But visit Piazza Fiera also means a walk Clever and fun: in fact, there will be a diverse program of events that will live food with conferences for health, sweet and savory cooking workshops, meetings with writers veg, artistic workshops where food will grow feeling and collages and finally musical instrument. The afternoon of Saturday, October 8 will be dedicated to the "sweet Challenge": the first contest in Trentino of cake design and vegan cakes.
