"Gusto Nudo 2015 could be the last edition held in Bologna. In this city that you want to sell in the world as a champion of the quality of food and cuisine, built in the middle of the Po Valley land cultivated for millennia by generations of farmers - just the peasants and farmers, who annually participate in Gusto Nudo, they are ostracized and marginalized, "said Matteo Gattoni, founder and manager of Gusto Nudo.
"When the land use and overbuilding increase exponentially and traditional agricultural areas are devastated, a small but significant exhibition as Gusto Nudo, who wants to be support and showcase for peasants and farmers, has no support from the government. Gusto Nudo therefore notes that, there are, no spaces in Bologna, excluding self-managed spaces, for initiatives that give voice to the differences, the particularities agricultural biodiversity, and human craft. But on 9 and 10 May, at the outdoor spaces of the Cassero - a no-profit association that adheres all'Arcigay and the ARCI Federation - there will still be room for them, authentic manufacturers, with a rich accompanying program that, in addition tastings, will see the presentation of the books "Genuino Clandestino" and "La Danza della Mozzarella" - followed by a reflection, together with the authors, movements for diginità farming, land use and the destruction of agricultural land - and shows circus and cabaret by InZir Circus - a project of social circus in favor of multiculturalism.
The stands will open to the public from 14.00 to 21.00 on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 from 11.00 to 21.00
Also new this year, stand out the participation of Berberè light pizza and food with a food stand that will accompany the tastings with the pizzas cooked in a wood oven, and an important event that will take place on May 8, for the first time on the eve of Gusto Nudo "Outside Gusto Nudo", an aperitif / off event that will be attended by some companies participating in its eighth edition in various rooms of Bologna, to present their products.
The entrance to Gusto Nudo costs 15 € and includes a tasting glass and a ticket worth 5 € to purchase a bottle from winemakers present.
It is not necessary the ARCI card and / or Arcigay to attend the event.
