In Umbria, between October and November, Frantoi Aperti takes place, an event that has become a symbol of olive oil tourism in Italy.
For five weekends, the event will offer a packed schedule of activities celebrating the arrival of the new extra virgin olive oil, during the olive harvest and pressing season. The program includes itineraries to explore the region's natural and historical-artistic heritage, along with immersive experiences to discover the world of olive oil directly in the mills.
