In its 31st edition the Festival of rice and fried frog to the Valais that renews its meeting on 27 and 28 June 2015. It is one of the most popular festivals in Valle Lomellina (Pavia) that offers the opportunity to taste dishes mainly based corn prince rice. Corner of beer and indoor restaurant.
Among the traditional dishes of Lomellina you can enjoy:
- Panissa Lomellina
- Risotto with frogs
- Risot cun pasta by salam
- Fried frogs to Valais
- Pradè Cumudà with polenta
and many other rice dishes.
