The review Elba Aleatico is the fifth edition and takes place April 19, 2015 in the cloister of the De Laugier Cultural Center in Portoferraio. At 12 am. the differents restaurans: La Taverna dei Poeti, La Botte Gaia, Osteria Pepenero, Osteria Locanda Cecconi, Hotel Belmare restaurant, Hotel Scoglio Bianco restaurant, that are part of Association ElbaTaste they will present some of the typical dishes of Elba tasting.
In the early afternoon on the ground floor of the cloister will be the usual presentation of dessert wines starting with the most important which Aleatico, Moscato and Ansonica Passita with the expertise of AIS sommelier, and with the presence of the producers of the sixteen companies participating the consortium Acquabona, Arrighi, Cecilia, La Fazenda, La Galea, Le sughere, Le Vigneantiche, Mazzarri, Mola, Montefabbrello, Sapereta, Tenuta Acquacalda, Tenuta delle Ripalte, Tenuta La Chiusa, Terre del Granito, Valle di Lazzaro.There will be the confectioners of the island with their products, sweets, and chocolate to match Aleatico.
A special tasting of Elba Bier and some others products about Elba such as: the palamita under oil from the companies Le Barche in cielo and L’Elba in un barattolo, honey from Il Lentisco e Elba Nostrale, jams of Armando at Porto Azzurro, the pot herbs from the Bio company Poggetto, vinegar by Terre del Granito, i traditional sweets by Elba Magna and vegan biscuits made by the bakery Il Cantuccio.
They will also be made of tastings guided by experts and sommeliers and seminars on the topics of wine and food.
