Contemporary Wine continues its appointments for the year 2016 with an artistic path that overlooks the picturesque Lake Agriturismo Cameli. The second event Contemporary Wine 2016 is dedicated to raising awareness about the use of the food industry plastic. The famous "Plastic Food" installation of Monsignori Pierluigi Potsy will be placed at the center of artistic bio tasting testimony to the value assumed by the mode of production and consumption of our times. This reflection, declined in photographic art, it takes shape in the artistic career of Luca Ficini in Fragmento art, who with his shots of landfills and waste, takes us on a series of emotions and insights caused his ruthless voracious animals. Both artists have devoted much of their work to the theme of environmental sustainability, focusing primarily sull'abbattimento the immoderate consumption of packaging in the industrial production system. Together they collaborated in the installation of Plastic Food project in the Centre for Contemporary Art Luigi Pecci of Prato. Numerous and impossible to list all the installations, exhibitions and participations that made the masterful curriculum of the two Italian artists. The vernissage of the special exhibition with free admission will take place on Monday, August 1 at 17:30 in the garden of the accommodation Cameli, accompanied by the tasting of fine wines and organic and biodynamic Tuscan farm Cameli, Casale, Lucii, Colle al Vento, Majnoni G., La Spinosa, Pietralta, Piombaia, Pebbles Wines, Della Luia estate, Tenuta di Sticciano, Tinti Chianti and Mother Nature. During the inauguration, environmental sustainability and achievement will also be celebrated with the poetic and musical performances by the artist Federico Madeddu Guintoli, taken from his latest work: "New Gestalt". Gestalt is a new book of photographs and short texts published in a limited edition of 250 numbered copies, edited by blisterZine and Empty Bamboo, an innovative experiment in overcoming gender boundaries between photography, poetry and literature diary, in favor of a form of 'mixed art that tends to make it pop and usable introspection and self-knowledge. The event's musical direction will instead be cured by the Sienese Andrea Tobacco, multifaceted guitarist and historical voice of Elton Junk. Solo Tobacco has competed in a comprehensive project of music and art, where the artist by the Venetian origins approaches to his songs and video images, inspired by drawings made in the first person. Acoustic guitar and the unmistakable voice of Tobacco enliven the bio tasting with music and improvisation dedicated to the participants of Contemporary Wine. The works of the artists Monsignori Pierluigi Potsy and Luke Ficini will remain on display until Sunday, August 7, and you can visit them from 10:00 - 18:30 by appointment. The exhibition Contemporary Wine 2016 is made possible thanks to the collaboration of Valerie Galli Designer who has carefully selected the environmentally friendly productions, the photographer Amber Lorenzetti, businesses Lamp International and Carton Factory for copyright lighting and eco-design furniture and the 'Mosaic Association for audio support.
