Tuesday, June 2, 2015 back to Villa San Biagio Mason Vicentino "Bollicine a Marostica". It is the fourth edition of the event organized by AIS Veneto, delegation of Vicenza, which is part of this year in the cycle Wine Experience. Sparkling Italian players, but also a space dedicated to the great bubbles in the world, with a selection of sparkling wines from France, Spain and Germany.
They will be well over 200 labels for tasting at Villa San Biagio between Classic Method, Charmat, Colfondo, Champagne and Cremant French, Spanish Cava and wines from Germany.
Then four thematic areas on which the event will be divided: the Italian classic method, from the Trento DOC Franciacorta through the Oltrepò Pavese and indigenous Durello, Erbaluce of Caluso and many others; the Charmat with the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, the Asolo DOCG Prosecco Superiore sparkling territories but also smaller and emerging. Then re-fermented wines in bottles, or Colfondo, which are attracting so much interest in the past and just a space dedicated to the great bubbles of the world.
Two guided tastings in the program, with limited and available on request. At 15 Reserve Moretti Vs Anna Maria Clementi: an unprecedented battle between two giants of Franciacorta, each represented by three years. Throughout the day you can taste a selection of local products, including the Bacalà Vicentina with polenta, prepared by the Restaurateurs Bacalà and Asiago cheese, thanks to the presence of the Consortium of Asiago cheese DOP. The entertainment will be provided by a performance by the group of the standard-bearers of Marostica.
Opening hours: 10-20 hours. Entrance ticket for unlimited tasting at tasting counter: 15 euro, inclusive of complimentary glass (excluding wine tastings).
