On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2024, Cortina d'Ampezzo will host the 8th edition of The Queen of Taste, the festival of taste organized by the Cortina For Us association and Chef Team Cortina in collaboration with Globetrotter Gourmet. The event, which this year reaches its seventh edition, aims to put the role of mountain restaurants at the center of the reflection, which becomes a privileged interlocutor for those who approach to live the experience of the territory. An analysis that goes beyond regional borders and that this year will see the participation of mountain territories of other Italian regions as guests.
The Chef Team Cortina, Ampezzo professionals of taste and the soul of the event, is now made up of nine individuals: Fabio Pompanin of the Al Camin Restaurant, Luca Menardi of Baita Fraina, Luigi Dariz of the Da Aurelio Restaurant, Michel Oberhammer of the Baita Piè Tofana Restaurant, Carlo Festini of Lago Scin, Massimo Alverà of the Alverà Pastry Shop, Nicola Bellodis of Rio Gere, Graziano Prest of the Tivoli Restaurant and the Bocus Family of Villa Oretta.
