Natural is the first exhibition of handcrafted wine in Abruzzo, event dedicated to the natural wine world and sponsored by the City of Navelli, common in the province; It will take place on 7, 8 and 9 May 2016 at Palazzo Santucci. And 'it organized by the Cultural DinamicheBio, born in September 2011, on the initiative of four young Aquila, eager to remain in constant contact with the territory and to promote the features, through activities to enhance the landscape and natural heritage and the productive excellence which they are an expression; the organization promotes a critical and aware approach to the consumer, the affirmation of the right to individuality and uniqueness of taste, in contrast to the current market logic that lead to a progressive homogenization, and the enhancement of local production experience with a short chain based on natural techniques, crafts and sustainable. Natural springs from these premises. The event is a journey into the world of wine, made out of free samples, tastings, seminars, and themed debates, all in the name of the pleasure of the rediscovery of ancient traditions, flavors and scents of the past, and the simple things and quality. Natural is a festival of great wines, unique, like vintages, territories and winemakers who produce them while respecting the ambientale.Al salon, in fact, participating winemakers throughout Italy which share a production-oriented philosophy of maximum respect nature to a minimum intervention on the raw material, and to direct and complete control of the entire supply chain. Natural however is not only wine; a section of the show is in fact reserved for a selection of artisan companies that produce high-quality food, mostly coming, but not exclusively, from the region. They were chosen products that are an expression of local traditions and typical, with a focus on production philosophy and supply chain control. In addition to the path of free tasting in the pews of the participating companies, in Nature there is a full program of seminars and tastings, to offer to enthusiasts and professional moments of reflection and study on the world of wine and viticulture.
