On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October 2023 it will be possible to visit the dairies and see Parmigiano Reggiano being born thanks to the Open Dairy Festival.

Guided tours of the dairy and the maturing warehouse, open shops, events for children and tastings, combined with the passion of the cheesemakers will offer the opportunity to live a unique experience: a journey to discover the area of origin of Parmigiano Reggiano, its lands rich in history, art and culture.

After your visit to the dairy, starting from 4.00 pm, the party continues at Iren Green Park in Reggio Emilia with games and shows for children, food trucks, DJ sets, tastings, sports, dog agility and entertainment.
