For the first time selections for the Bartenders Italian Championship will be held in southern Italy. On 7 and 8 November 2014, at the showroom of yaw-Scarangelli Hotellerie (SP. 231 - km 80 + 600, Modugno).

Coffee men from all over the South will compete to enter the final competition of Rimini scheduled 17 to 21 January 2015. The selections are organized by yaw-Scarangelli Hotellerie in collaboration with the SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe) and with the support of SIGEP international Exhibition of Rimini.
The bartenders will be invited to compete in three different categories: Barista coffee shop, Latte art (decoration cappuccinos) and Coffee in Good Spirits (coffee and mixed drinks in a single race). An international jury of experts will decide the winners.

Frame of the appointment of 7 and 8 November will be "Coffee show 2014", an event dedicated to the world of coffee created by yaw-Scarangelli hotel do. Two days with industry, workshops, demonstrations, international beverage, music and free bar.
