Canevando is a guided walk through the vineyards and hills to discover the wineries (the "caneve" in dialect) where you can taste Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. from each producer, paired with various typical dishes of Treviso cuisine, prepared by restaurateurs and pastry chefs from Valdobbiadene and the Consortia for the protection of typical products.

Canevando starts from San Pietro di Barbozza, a hamlet of Valdobbiadene, along the Prosecco road and wines of the Conegliano – Valdobbiadene Hills and follows routes of about 10 km each, through the hamlets of Valdobbiadene. The walk proceeds along paths, dirt roads, and rows of vines.
