Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in the streets of the town of Asolo you can drink with the wineries of the Wine Asolo Montello Consortium. It will be a night of wine, with stars and music. Twenty wineries in the Wine Asolo Montello Consortium will match with twenty restaurateurs of the area. It starts at 21 (the boxes open at 20:30). The event is organized by the Pro Loco of Asolo with the Consorzio Vini collaboration Asolo Montello and with the participation of Codiretti Treviso "Campagna Amica", the City of Wine Association, Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the City of Asolo. The classic event of the night of St. Lawrence this year join 20 wineries and 20 restaurants in the area. On the occasion of Goblets of Stars visitors can take part in a true gastronomic journey through the artistic beauty of the country as Casa Duse, the castle of Queen Caterina Cornaro or the Cathedral. Walking, between a taste and the other, you can discover the secrets of the wines of the Consortium as the Asolo Superiore DOCG Prosecco in its various versions. In particular there will be the Extra Brut - Asolo is the only name in the panorama of Prosecco that can define the type Extra Brut in bottles produced with DOCG - and Colfondo - Prosecco fermented in the bottle and without disgorgement. Among the wineries will even Recantina, indigenous variety of the fruit area of ​​a rediscovery work supported by the Consortium. In addition to wine during the evening there will also be musical entertainment on the notes of Banda Musicale of Possagno. The participation fee is 20 € and includes a tasting for each of the wineries and restaurateurs present.
