La Patacca di Serrone


Traditional handmade pasta from the municipality of Serrone which has obtained the Municipal Designation of Origin (De.C.o.). Patacca is a noodle made with water and flour, an ancient dish but above all delicious. It is a simple light pasta traditionally dressed with tomatoes and basil, but also suitable for different sauces with stronger flavors.

La Patacca can be tasted every year at the end of July during the "Patacca e della Passerina" festival.
