Today, Grappa is one of the signature products of Vicenza's culinary tradition, renowned and sought after by flavor enthusiasts and increasingly appreciated abroad as well. Once again this year, Distillerie Aperte will take place, marking its 27th edition, organized by the Vicenza Chamber of Commerce.

Every year, thousands of enthusiasts accept the invitation of Distillerie Aperte on the first Sunday of October to discover how Grappa and other traditional Venetian spirits are made.
