Sunday, November 15, 2015, in the prestigious setting offered by the Hotel Rome Cavalieri in Rome (from 15 to 21.30), returns LIFE OF WINE - Travel in the age of the wine, event dedicated to older vintages with an audience of unique companies representing more areas important Italian wine scene. Now in its fourth edition, Life of Wine - an event conceived and organized by Studio Umami, agency based in Florence specialized for years in communication and organization of food and wine events - remains a special event designed to honor those wines from the long journey, the pride of reality historic and well know the importance of longevity of its products. They will be about fifty these cellars, each of which will bring taste of his most representative label last year on the market and at least two years old: a journey through time to see how the wine evolves, matures and is completed with the passing of years. All it enriched by the opportunity to meet and discuss with winemakers, discovering in their stories and the stories always unique territories that accompany work and passion. This year will be assembled a tasting committee, made up of industry journalists will taste the wines, giving certificates of merit to those companies that, in the reported years, have given more proof of integrity and longevity. For this new edition Studio Umami will have the collaboration of the Italian Foundation Sommelier wine culture center specializes in professional qualification courses for sommeliers and various educational activities, high-level meetings with tasters of international reputation, themed tastings and seminars. The Italian Sommelier Foundation is also the publisher with the brand Bibenda Publisher.
