Ein Prosit 2023 in Udine: the twenty-fourth edition of the event will be held from 18 October to 22 October, with a preview in Trieste on Wednesday 18, dedicated to the foreign press and with the involvement of a careful selection of chefs from the Italian panorama of the 50 Best Restaurants, from 19 to 22 October, in the city of Udine.
Ein Prosit 2023 is organized by the Tarvisio Tourist Promotion Consortium in collaboration with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, the Department of Productive Activities, Promoturismo FVG, the Municipality of Udine, the Friuli Foundation and the Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone and Udine. Sponsors of the event are Petra Farine, Ceretto, Allianz, Monograno Felicetti, Acqua Panna San Pellegrino, Illy caffè, Caspian Monarque, Electrolux Professional, Prontoauto.
The Tarvisiano Tourist Promotion Consortium, in collaboration with Paolo Vizzari and Manuela Fissore, has prepared the program for the twenty-fourth edition of Ein Prosit, an event capable of connecting themes such as international food and wine culture, wine tradition and knowledge of raw materials in the kitchen through a structured journey accessible to the public of dinners, tastings, masterclasses, dedicated workshops and meetings, for a total of over 160 activities.
Ein Prosit, with its constant and growing appeal, is now one of the symbolic events of food and wine in Italy and in the rest of the world. For the fourth year the event will take place not only in the center of Udine, but will also involve the surrounding areas, with a full calendar of events to discover the regional and international food and wine world. A unique edition in 2023, which intends to delve into the current world food and wine reality, in a combination and interweaving of proposals never achieved before.
