A roof of stars and a breath of music on the night of San Lorenzo in Montefalco (Perugia). Art, food and music scheduled for Thursday 10 August 2024 in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy on the occasion of the event organized by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Montefalco and the Municipality of Montefalco as part of the "Calici di Stelle" initiative of the Movimento Turismo Vino and Associazione Città del Vino.
From 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
The stars of the evening will be the wines Spoleto DOC, Montefalco DOC and
Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG. Professional sommeliers will guide guests in pairing local wines with dishes from the participating restaurants:
Coccorone, Federico II, L'Alchimista, Olevm and Re Tartù.
During the evening
Through the streets of the historic center you can observe the stars, symbol of the most poetic night of the year. Thanks to the maps by Gruppo Astrofili Monte Subasio, given to participants at the aperitifs and dinners at participating restaurants, it will be possible to observe the constellations in 4 observation points.
