Saturday 23 and Sunday, May 24 with Vinissage 2015, Asti becomes for a weekend the capital of the natural wine tasting and sales. The event now in its ninth edition will be the market of organic and biodynamic wines, organized by the city of Asti in collaboration with the Association Workshop Enoica. The 2015 edition of Vinissage will take place in a charming late nineteenth century industrial building now turned into an exhibition center.

Vinissage, cult event of spring Asti brings together winemakers united by the belief that the quality of wines born from a vintage sound and a good job in the vineyard but that this should be followed by a commitment in the basement based on the utmost respect for the natural grape .
According to these tenacious winemakers winemaking must accompany the grape in its transformation, using only natural physical-chemical principles, strongly believe that "you can do with organic grape wine industry, but to make natural wine is essential to have organic grapes ".
