From 8 to 10 April 2017 at Villa Porto - known as "La Favorita" - Sarego (VI) the appointment with Villa Favorita, the association's event VinNatur natural winemakers. The fourteenth edition, the first after the adoption last July of the wine production regulations VinNatur, will bring together 170 producers (20 more than in 2016) from nine different countries: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia. Participation is reserved only VinNatur members, which produce natural wine in full respect of the territory, the vine and the natural cycles. "We are growing thanks to the research - says Angiolino Maule - both in the quality of wines in the vineyard awareness and in the cellar. The new specification and the testing that we are leading in the vineyard will allow us to do even more clearly in the world of natural wines and give new guarantees to the consumer ". During the three days visitors can taste and buy wine cellars proposed by the exhibitors, while to the industry will be given the chance to taste wines quietly in the Tasting Room reserved for them. In addition to the tasting tables, the villa and its grounds will host this year some producers of Italian culinary excellence and a catering service edited again by chef Cosimo Bicchierri, the Erbecedario organic restaurant in Badia Calavena (VR). The event will be open from 10.00 to 18.00 and the cost of the ticket is 25 Euros per day, which will entitle the tasting glass and catalog of exhibitors. For those arriving by train there is a shuttle that will take visitors from the station Montebello (VI) up to Villa La Favorita and back. It was selected among the 60 who participated in Imagine your Villa Favorita, the contest created to give space to young talents eager to get involved with original productions that best represent the spirit of VinNatur.
