SUD’S in fermento - Beer Festival

A Noci, province of Bari, town and food, in the days between May 30 and June 2, 2015, fans of craft beer are expected to SUD'S Craft Brewery for the first edition of SUD'S abuzz - Beer Festival.
The Festival is supported by the "Brotherhood of the Knights Beer" to their 5th banquet, but also has the best beers of Abbey (exactly the 8 varieties of "Trappist beer" produced by the only brewery in Europe certified) in combination with excellence gastronomic typical of the Murgia.
A four days will see the Craft Brewery SOUTH'S transformed for the occasion in a huge open-air laboratory, full of entertainment activities strictly beer style: food stalls offering delicious food at "Km 0", cooking show-treated by known and talented chef Apulian ECCELSA (Institute of Higher Education of Taste Food), workshops, thematic conferences, workshops, street performers, exhibitions craft market, and the inevitable educational concerts.
Sunday 31, the event will also be affected by a ciclopasseggiata vintage, which in its itinerary, it will affect the streets of the Murgia and Valle d'Itria proposed by "La Matta, cycling classic."
All this, in line with the main vision of "SUD'S abuzz - Beer Festival" which is to broaden the knowledge of art and brewing culture, putting emphasis on a popular meeting and professional enrichment, which will be difficult to establish which round of reference for everyone, customers and fans.... read more»
