Palermo brings together the small winemakers, the wine artisans. On 15 and 16 January 2023 in Palermo, at the Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa, the third edition of NOT - Vini francs will be held dedicated to the production system that focuses on the figure of the winemaker, the artisan work and promotes the awareness of drinking as an act cultural protection of territorial identity and nature.
The event opens the calendar year of wine fairs by resuming the interrupted path: creating bridges between different experiences, by terroir and history, based on the same choices in the vineyard and in the cellar. With the reunion of the winemakers, the opportunity for an international meeting in the center of the Mediterranean is rekindled in the Sicilian capital.
The format will be divided into two days dedicated to the new viticultural and oenological sensitivity: on Sunday 15 there will be the tasting counters open to wine lovers with the walk around tasting, inside the Spazio Tre Navate, from 10 to 20. Monday will be the day dedicated to professional operators who will have the opportunity to discover new wines, new vintages and deal directly with the producers. The event opens on the great convivial Saturday evening between winemakers and wine enthusiasts, scheduled for January 14th.
The cultural ferment of the natural and artisanal wine movement could not fail to express itself again at the Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa, the host location of the previous editions and which represents an important piece in the history of Palermo.
