The MOG, Mercato Orientale Genova, the covered square dedicated to taste in the heart of the city, is ready to transform itself into MHOPS, the first edition of the event dedicated to the world of malts and hops, organized in collaboration with Scurreria Beer & Bagel.

For four days, from Thursday 30 March to Sunday 2 April, 12 craft breweries from all over Italy will take place inside the scenic Corte, which will have 48 draft routes available, but the beers on rotation over the four days will be many more. The tasting of the beers can be accompanied by the dishes offered by the kitchens always overlooking the main court of the MOG: 10 realities ranging from traditional Genoese land and sea dishes to the intriguing spices of Kenya and Peru up to signature sushi, pizzas and crunch, to hamburgers and the wide choice of meats.

The event is free to enter, from 6pm to 11pm on Thursday 30, 11.30am to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and 11.30am to 11pm on Sundays. Admission is free and drinks will be available through the purchase of pocket and glass (€ 2) and tokens, also available in packets on the MOG website, as well as on site. A solution, online purchase, which will allow you to have a dedicated discount, avoid the queue and ensure admissions even in the face of a large turnout. The tokens will be usable on any day of the event and at any time, so as to allow visitors to alternate the tastings with a tour of the alleyways in the center and the beautiful squares that are just a few steps away on foot.
