Two weekends in Asiago with cheeses and mountain delicacies.
The 11th edition of Made in Malga kicks off on Friday 1 September, where more than 100,000 enthusiasts are expected to taste and buy unique cheeses with an intense flavour, the fruit of ancient dairy traditions. More than 100 exhibitors from the Italian mountains are the protagonists of the market exhibition.
The other appointments: Masterclasses, guided tastings with mountain cheeses and extreme wines, excursions to alpine pastures, artisan workshops for children and film screenings. For moments of refreshment in Piazza Carli there is the Asiago Bistrot with dishes based on Asiago cheese. At the same time, the Mountain Craft Beer Festival.
