The much-awaited event for thousands of cheese lovers and mountain farming enthusiasts is back. From September 5–7 and 12–14, the streets of Asiago's town center will host a rich calendar of events dedicated to the authentic flavors of the mountains: a producers' market exhibition, masterclasses and guided tastings featuring cheeses paired with "extreme" wines, excursions to the alpine huts of the Plateau, and the grand Mountain Osteria offering traditional dishes made with Asiago PDO and other culinary specialties.
