The large square will also host a market called BONTÀ & BENESSERE, with the sale of food products from various regions, honey, herbal, health and handicraft products.
The free workshop for children "Learning about legumes through play" will serve to raise awareness of young and old about the use of this food which is so important for our health and the environment, with the slogan "Let's fill the world with legumes".
Legumes promote biodiversity and reduce the use of pesticides in agriculture. They are low in fat and rich in fibre, an excellent vegetable protein source, and when combined with cereals they reach a composition of essential amino acids comparable to those of meat.
They cost little, are very nutritious and easily storable: LET'S CONSUME MORE!
