It is the second event in Italy dedicated to delicious tripe, after the National Tripe Fair in Moncalieri. From 9 to 15 January 2023, the #TrentinoTrippa Festival returns with its third edition. The culinary event aims to make the public aware of this delicacy historically associated with the feast of San Romedio on January 15, but this year the festival will extend for 6 days!

This edition will take place here at the Pineta but you can also find the famous tripe in other restaurants in the Pieve..

Mattia will prepare his most typical dishes of the party as even the patrons were all local; here are this year's proposals from #TrentinoTrippa that you can enjoy every day from 9 to 15.

The appointments will be on 9/01, 11/01 and 13/01 where during dinner you can try the revisited or historical versions of other regions of Italy.
