From May 30 to June 7, 2015 Axis Sicily proposes the second edition of the Festival of Gastronomy Sicilana. After the success of last year the event, meant to promote the typical Sicilian cuisine and the product made in Sicily, is extended to nine intense days of the fair, surrounded by a lot of animation, beauty pageant, bullfight in the square, shows, entertainment and various visits Guided by partner associations.

Involved in the project will be the Pro Loco Sicilian who want to join the project by promoting the main product of their district, professors and faculty experts in food theme for a lecture on the nutritional qualities of Made in sicily, local associations that contribute to the success of the area.

A bet that we raise with enthusiasm convinced that the Sicilian cuisine has much more to say.

Craftsmen, traders and farmers will be called upon not only to sport but, above all, to give the opportunity to the visitor to buy the above within the wide path around to set up food stands. The days will then protagonist good taste of Sicilian cuisine, with local produce and Sicilian recipes, which will be presented to visitors through a cooking show high level.
