The fifth edition of the Artisan Chocolate Festival returns to Bari, under the patronage of the Municipality of Bari, which has now become the annual event long awaited by the citizens of the city of the rising sun.

From 10 to 12 November 2023, in Piazza Umberto I, the pool of Master Chocolatiers of the National Association "Choco Amore" coming from various Italian regions, will once again this year propose the delicacies produced in the various regional recipes of "pure" chocolate, a our excellence placed in first place by the European Community, from refined pralines to broken fruit, from gianduiotto to spiced chocolate,
with liqueurs, dried fruit etc. and in the original chocolate objects, unique in the world, for a nice gift and for the joy of the little ones.

Artisanal chocolate, unlike industrial chocolate, is produced in limited quantities and is therefore difficult to find on the market. It is important to consume it fresh to best enjoy its beneficial properties for the body, as well as its unique aroma. Savoring artisanal chocolate is an experience not to be missed: "it melts in your mouth". Furthermore, let's not forget that cocoa has numerous beneficial properties for our body, well known since the times of the Mayans and Aztecs who considered it "the food of the Gods".
