Bologna Cheese Festival awaits you on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 February 2023 at the Volvo Congress Center in piazza della Costituzione 4.
Admission to the event is free and within the event you will find producers and exhibitors of some of the tastiest and most precious Italian cheeses and fine wines.

Passionate gourmets will be able to participate in paid events at the Teatro del latte (where it will be possible to taste fine dairy products under the expert guidance of Alberto Marcomini) and at the Teatro della cucina (where you can carefully follow some traditional recipes).
Then there will be the Exhibition of Contemporary Art of Cheese, where the wheels will be exhibited as true works of art, and The States General of Cheese: a real round table on the art of dairy, scheduled for Saturday morning at 11.00.
Through the purchase of the Wine card (from 3 tastings or unlimited tastings), it will then be possible for wine lovers to taste fine wines from all over Italy, illustrated by expert sommeliers.
