Bollicine... Mon Amour 2012 in Reggia di Colorno

On 17 and 18 November 2012 at the beautiful rooms of Reggia di Colorno, Parma, it will take place the fourth edition of the event dedicated to the best "Champenoise method" sparkling wine, "Bollicine ... Mon Amour". 40 influential producers to discover, over 120 excellent wines to taste.
The event was created with the aim of enhancing and promoting small-scale producers of bubbles Classic, or Champenoise, Method and its territories, this year reaches its fourth edition and, thanks to the efforts of the Province of Parma and the Municipality of Colorno, you may use as a venue and setting of rare elegance, the prestigious Reggia di Colorno with its magnificent French gardens, recently restored.
Theatre of the two days will in fact be the main floor of the Palace, with its beautiful rooms at the end of the sixteenth century made fully available to the participants.
As for the Italian market the event this year will enrich the award-winning "bubbles" of Trentino Nicola Balter, defined recently by the Gambero Rosso guide as an example of "heroic craftsmanship."
Visitors can also take a trip in the history of Franciacorta thanks to the presence of wineries Bersi Serlini already active since 1886.
Another novelty of the Made in Italy in 2012 will be the company biodynamic Casa Caterina, where the brothers Aurelio and Emilio Del Bono gave up for years to DOCG Franciacorta, as well as its advantages, not having to impose any limit bureaucratic oestrus that has always characterized their productions.

Also with regard to the French front is no shortage of news that will surprise the most faithful of the event.
First you should mention the presence for the first time the important Maison Piper-Heidsieck, founded in Reims in 1785, and have become famous for being the récoltant-manipulant official Queen Marie Antoinette.
Also new in 2012, as well as treat wine will be the bubbles of Champagne Maison de la Renaissance, wines that have become the producer Nelly Dhondt a real form of "rebirth" of the serious illness which was released thanks to the tenacity and desire to move with its sparkling wines.
Hautvillers directly from the country of origin of Dom Perignon and its first "processing", comes another surprise for visitors, with its Champagne Maison Thibaut that echo of history.
Finally, we must mention the little Maison J.P. Legret cornerstone of the event since the first editions, this year shows an important new award to add to its palmares, thanks to Coup de Coeur received with the Cuvée Rosé.
For both days of the event will be exceptionally operating for visitors the restaurant run by the International School of Cooking ALMA, which will offer delicious menu designed ad-hoc for the event.
