Tenuta Argentiera - Bolgheri

Tenuta Argentiera - Bolgheri

Tenuta Argentiera is located at the southern zenith of Bolgheri DOC, on the heights of Donoratico, where the great beauty of the vineyards overlooks the horizon of the Tuscan Archipelago, from the top of the I Pianali plateau which extends between 150 and 200 meters above sea level Argentiera represents today, with its 20 years of life, the modern synthesis of the enological vision of one of the most prestigious wine areas in Europe.

Its name, Argentiera, refers to the mining wealth in Etruscan land and is so named in homage to the Podere Argentiera, already existing in the maps of the Grand Ducal cadastre.

Tenuta Argentiera is part of the Toscana Wine Architecture network, established in 2017, which brings together 14 design wineries (Cantina Antinori in Chianti Classico, Caiarossa, Cantina di Montalcino, Castello di Fonterutoli, Colle Massari, Fattoria delle Ripalte, Il Borro, Le Mortelle, Petra, Podere di Pomaio, Rocca di Frassinello, Salcheto, Tenuta Ammiraglia - Frescobaldi, Tenuta Argentiera) which have individually made significant investments and decided to focus on a common strategy, to welcome tourists and visitors from all over the world.
