The 4th edition of "Brewmaster" Fair Craft Beer of Saint Lucia di Piave held from 10 to 26 April 2015 in the halls of the ancient silk mill of this charming town of Treviso.

The event will consist of three weekends each one with 20 different breweries and different territorial origin. From April 10 to 12 will take part in 20 of the best breweries in the whole peninsula, April 17 to 19 will be the turn of those from Triveneto and finally 24 to 26 April the exhibition will be dedicated to European beers. Hundreds then the beers available presented in most cases directly by their producers also available to recount history and composition.

"Brewmaster" is also visited for eating something unique to match with fine local beers. The delis participants are carefully selected over the years and provide a homogeneous framework of the finest Italian dishes sandwiches with the real Ariccia pork, cannoli freshly prepared, Florentine Chianina beef grilled cuisine of Friuli, the original cake Puglia, café and Neapolitan pastries, pasta dishes of the Roman tradition, Argentine barbecue, piadina, focaccia, Sicilian arancini, hot dog with Chianina meat, sandwiches giant Venetian, frozen yogurt, kebabs Abruzzo, crispy fried fish, garlic bread by the meter ... The public can enjoy large areas where you can sample these products in convenient tables located both inside the pavilions that sheltered by giant gazebo.

"Brewmaster" wants to be a time not only to promote these producers, but also for the dissemination of information, more knowledge on beer, thanks to a rich program that includes lectures, tastings, pairings with food, demonstrations of production with leading experts.... read more»
