It's planned from 8 to March 10, 2014 at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence Taste # 9, the new edition of the exhibition dedicated to gastronomy and world food lifestyle. The event is aimed at professional Italian and international haute cuisine, but also to all lovers of quality cuisine. There are also many events in FuoriDiTaste.

First of all, you can do a tasting journey of products from the companies ( Taste Tour ) to learn about and explore the culinary riches of our country and taste the products presented by exhibitors Taste .
Then this will be an area dedicated to food and kitchen design objects , items of clothing , equipment and professional techniques for the kitchen ( Taste Tools).
The products tasted will be purchased at the Taste Shop , a real department store where you buy food tickets .
Space in the debates in the Taste Ring , the arena in which the protagonists of contemporary food culture are compared on the most curious and warm related to food and taste , interpreting the current and anticipating future trends.
Finally, the program rich off of the living room ( FuoriDiTaste ) , with a calendar of food events involving Taste of Florence in the week , featuring the city's restaurants, delis , boutiques , art galleries , theaters and museums.
The days of Florence FuoriDiTaste transformed into a festival of events dedicated to food and cooking quality .
