In the contrà grande of the hamlet of Brenton (Roncà - VR), in a context that brings back to traditions now forgotten, the appointment with the festival dedicated to the typical products of the area is renewed on the last weekend of August: Sopressa, Durello and Panbiscotto.

The Lessini Durello DOC wine from the cellars present will be an excellent accompaniment to the dishes with the artisanal sopressa DE.CO. from Brenton, the biscuit bread kneaded and cooked in the wood oven by the ladies of the contrà and the Monte Veronese DOP cheese.
