The quail spit brotherhood is ready to serve its classic dishes: from the DE.CO. spit to fettuccine with quail sauce cut with a knife; from pork loin to roasted sausage.
All to be enjoyed in the covered spaces of the multipurpose center and in the tensile structures set up for the occasion. For those who want, they can take the royal spit accompanied by portions of pork or loin together with the tasty "poenta onta".
The quail-based dishes are served until the skewers planned for each individual day of the celebration run out.
During the days of the festival you can also enjoy other tasty dishes such as bruschetta and the many homemade desserts that are served by the many volunteers who participate in the success of the event.
There is no shortage of good wines and excellent draft beers, all mixed with lots of music and fun.
