In Lari (PI), during the spring season, days dedicated to taste and art are scheduled, aimed at discovering gastronomic excellences and the Castle of the Vicars. The protagonists are the cherries, an ancient and exquisite fruit that has always made the territory unique with 14 native varieties, now under consideration by the Ministry for the IGP recognition procedure.
Great emphasis is given to the Cherry market of Lari and the market of local food and wine products. Similarly, space is dedicated to the organization of cultural and folkloric events that accompany visitors through the streets of the historic center of Lari.
