Soup and wine pairing ..Divine !!!

In the spectacular location of the hills of Lucca, among the vineyards and the plains of the village of Aquilea, the tradition of the Aquilea soup festival is repeated . The soup ( only of vegetables from local farms of the Morianese !) the oil and wine from the farms of Aquilea, The tordelli and maccheroni still made as in the past in the kitchens of the festival by the expert hands of the women of the village ,the fantastic grilled mixed meats , cakes with vegetable spouts cream and chocolate will taste your palate and take you to remember ancient flavors .- special menu for vegetarians
