Sopressa Vicentina, a typical cured meat from the province of Vicenza, has been celebrated for almost forty years in Villabalzana, a hamlet in the municipality of Arcugnano (VI).

A long weekend to enjoy the culinary specialties of Vicenza: the rich menu offers, in addition to sopressa, sparigagna alla vicentina (fried ribs), bigoli, gnocchi with various sauces, bruschetta and desserts. During the evenings there will be musical entertainment, dancing and a charity raffle.
