In August, the Sagra della Sopressa returns to Valli del Pasubio, in the province of Vicenza. An event with gastronomy, typical products, music and entertainment. But the real star of the festival will be the Sopressa De.Co. Traditionally, on the evening of Ferragosto, a fireworks display is offered.

The event aims to promote one of the typical products of the Vicenza area, the sopressa De. Co; during the event, space will be given to several local producers who will offer tastings at the food stand. The event will take place at the school square.
