The Sheep Festival was created to celebrate an ancient tradition of Tuscia, that of sheep farming and, from the initial idea of promoting and enhancing the territory and its typicality, over the years it has enjoyed a growing success of visitors, attracted by the excellent dishes, made according to tradition.
