In Rovetta, in the province of Bergamo, the Potato Festival arrives, conceived and promoted by the Municipality of Rovetta in collaboration with the Pro Loco Rovetta and with the organizational support of the Infopoint Borghi della Presolana managed by Promoserio, with several refreshment points located in the historic center, with tasty typical dishes all based on potatoes.

The Rovetta potato is one of the excellences of the Seriano area, present in various genuine dishes that still represent, today, the local gastronomic excellence. It was also grown in Fino del Monte and in other towns in the area and in the 1950s it reached the fruit and vegetable market of Milan with its typical name. The Potato Festival will celebrate the queen of tubers with a weekend in the company of good food and a series of evocative and musical events.
