The Sagra della Patata Fritta in Santa Maria a Monte (PI) is an annual event that has been taking place for over 40 years and in which the undisputed protagonist is always her: the Patata Tosca, the typical potato of Santa Maria a Monte. An event, therefore, that has its roots in the historical memory of the town.
The program of the event is always rich. The legendary PADELLONE, a distinctive sign of the festival, and the food stand where you can enjoy a potato-based menu, from appetizers to dessert, are unmissable. An event for adults and children in the suggestive setting of the snail-shaped town.
