The unmissable edition of the Pappardelle Festival returns to Canale Monterano (RM), in the town center.

The products offered to the public are of the highest quality and come from local producers, such as meat and vegetables. Pappardelle will be the star in all its "sauces," featuring traditional preparations like wild boar sauce as well as reinvented dishes that will surprise you. But it's not just about pappardelle; a vast menu of second courses and side dishes also awaits you.

The Pappardelle Festival in Canale Monterano is scheduled for August 9-11, 2024, in Piazza del Campo (where the town hall is located).

The event features traditional local cuisine, offering sauces with game and other dishes reimagined by our chefs. Dishes will be served starting at 7:30 PM each day of the festival.

Each evening will be enlivened by live music of various genres.
