Like every year, the community of Villa Viani becomes a guest to offer the vast public of enthusiasts a first-rate evening of food and dance. The town, not far from Imperia and Pontedassio, will dress up for the annual Snail and Skewer Festival.

The cooking of the snails is guided by an expert snail farmer. Tied to a traditional local recipe that has not been lost. And then tasty skewers, fried potatoes not frozen, but peeled by hand from all over the town: this is care for the public. The women of the town put all their culinary art at the service of the welcome guests... and their wisdom is truly great...
